Took me 80 years to find the best ever paring Knife! My hands are small and I just can’t really use large knives. I have always used a paring knife for most everything in preparing food. Never found a really good one until I found yours that was recommended by Cooks Illustrated magazine. I bought 2 because if they recommend it, it will be good. They are marvelous. Thank You Thank You! I’m 80, but I’m still preparing daily mealls only because God has blessed me in so many ways.

Quality, well made product. Originally ordered a size medium, but that was slightly big for my daughter. When I contacted Knife Merchant, they immediately sent out a size small with a label to return the original order! Excellent customer service that you don’t find much anymore. And, they didn’t beg for this review like so many companies do; I wrote this because they were great to deal with! I highly recommend The Knife Merchant!!
