Excellent service response Our pepper mill stopped working and when looking for a replacement found that the mechanism had a lifetime guarantee. Sent an email expecting to find weren't covered but happy to say got a prompt reply. Had to provide some pictures, confirm the problem and delivery details. Was notified within 30minutes that a replacement would be sent, haven't received it yet as just been notified - excellent response and well done

Great set of mills for just the cost of delivery. I saw the salt & pepper mills on the website, listed as £0.00. I thought there might be some mistake but went ahead with the purchase, half expecting an email stating there was an error on the listing, but I never got one. They were delivered a couple of days later. Delivery was £4.95 so that was all I had to pay for a great set of salt & pepper mills.
