GBCustomer Service is second to none. The Customer Service is second to none. I was aware of the mechanism guarantee provided by Cole and Mason and when the base of my pepper grinder snapped, I contacted them with some photographs. I emailed on a Sunday and they got back first thing Monday to say they would look into my issue. Next day I received another email saying my claim was valid and I could expect a replacement within 28 days. 2 days later the Postie was at our door with a new grinder! Hats off to Customer Service, a refreshing attitude.

GBHad a Cole & Mason pepper mill and the… Had a Cole & Mason pepper mill and the bottom fell out, so appealed to them and they gave me not only a new one, but a salt pot as well! Above and beyond!

GBExcellent service response Our pepper mill stopped working and when looking for a replacement found that the mechanism had a lifetime guarantee. Sent an email expecting to find weren't covered but happy to say got a prompt reply. Had to provide some pictures, confirm the problem and delivery details. Was notified within 30minutes that a replacement would be sent, haven't received it yet as just been notified - excellent response and well done

GBWas bought battery powered salt and… Was bought battery powered salt and pepper grinder as a present. Both developed faults and despite the lifetime guarantee, could not be replaced due to discontinuation. This was understandable. However I was given a choice of substantial inferior replacements or pay the difference for ones which suited our needs. This review was written at a time when I still have not received the replacement for which I reluctantly have paid for.

GBStylish and great quality. Absolutely love these salt and pepper sets. I’ve bought two sets one as a house warming and one as a Christmas present for my brother in law who’s on a mission to find the perfect pepper mill. Can’t help but feel a tiny bit smug that I’ve aced both gifts.
