This company invariably drops our goods off at a neighbour, without asking where we are - they seem to have a 'dump and run' attitude!

Both developed faults and despite the lifetime guarantee, could not be replaced due to discontinuation. This was understandable. However I was given a choice of substantial inferior replacements or pay the difference for ones which suited our needs. This review was written at a time when I still have not received the replacement for which I reluctantly have paid for.
