GBMy carpet order got lost in the system... My carpet order somehow got lost in the system and so it was quite delayed in shipping. It was really hard to get in touch with the company but eventually my phone call went through after a couple weeks of emails/messaging through the portal. The carpet arrived though and is good!

GBConstantly need to check the status of… Constantly need to check the status of the order. These guys are unable to deliver a product. Constant excuses. Now the shipment is “returning to sender” because if “incomplete address”. Don’t waste your time, there are thousands if carpet sellers out there. Search somewhere else.
