Bunk tracking number tje post office has no record of and yet it’s been waiting to be picked up for 17 days. I’m disgusted with this site. Complete waste of money. Awaiting shipment for almost 3 weeks. Gross

Outstanding company Sometimes their prices are higher than other places, but their customer service is outstanding and the quality of their products is excellent. I have been purchasing products from them since many years and I recently remodeled my bathroom and purchased most of my items from here. Sometimes I've had a problem with some of my items - accessories were missing and couldn't be found. They replaced all the items promptly and even gave me a discount. Every communication with them has been easy and pleasant.

Good news. A few days after submitting my review, sweethome FINALLY issued the refund. Here’s to TrustPilot for holding them accountable. I like the products from sweet home but their customer service is awful if you need to return or replace anything. I have been waiting 60 days fir a refund on order#22122223540810. I liked the faucet so much that I ordered another one to replace the one I returned because it was the wrong model. But it’s terrible that they still owe me money. I am disappointed in this company.
