I had an American standard walk in tub… I had an American standard walk in tub placed in my home for over 20 grand. Had all the inspections done ,including my hot water tank .It passed with flying colors. My husband and I tried the tub and it worked great for half way thru you get ice cold water each time. Then I was told to get a bigger hot water tank installed when I was upset that I can’t use my tub. It is almost a 21 thousand dollar shower chair! I’m still making payments and haven’t had a soaking bath in years now! I miss my old tub! At least I could soak in it . I’m in Cronic pain . What a waste of money! As long as they get their sale. I wish I could undo the damage that was done ,so sad 😢

This is a remarkable company that does quality work! My experience was incredible. A few changes on when they were arriving; but that was because the product hadn’t arrived in time. When they came, they were professional, and very good at their job. I had both bathrooms done, and even had a tub taken out. I wanted walk-in showers because I’m getting old and needed safety bars. I thank them and their staff for incredible new showers! Frank is incredible at his job and Matt did a super job on my second shower.

Having the converse was not taken… Having the converse was not taken lightly.Both my wife and I are both in our mid seventies and possibility of falling getting out of our bath tub weighted heavily. Over the year experience different faucets and find America Standard set a standard I could rely on. Keeping that in the walking was our choice. THANk yOU

What a disappointment The company withdrew more money than owed or approved. Tub was installed in July by September tub leaking causing damage to my ceiling and walls. Reported this on 09/09 AS returned call 09/11 Did not hear from AS again until 9/17 It is now October my ceiling and walls are still damaged I called 10/02 only to be told someone would contact me. We should be able to do minus stars

we signed a contract on November 10… we signed a contract on November 10 install date 10 days later. They claim the salesman messed up the order but got corrected. The lady that schedules install called cooperate and said a called her a c u n t and they cancelled my contract that was going to be 21 thousand dollars
