Factory Plaza was GREAT Factory Plaza was GREAT, and we are very pleased. We ended up choosing a different granite slab from a supplier rather than the showroom; Factory Plaza was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and they did not price gouge. Additionally, we had an issue that I wished to speak to an owner about; she returned our call within minutes and assured us of their commitment to the customer. We couldn't have been more pleased. The installers were professional. We will use Factory Plaza again soon for our downstairs kitchen.

They had to carry 8’x4’countertop up… They had to carry 8’x4’countertop up three flights of stairs because the elevator wasn’t big enough. No complaints. Efficient. Followed condo rules. Awesome job. Thank you guys.

I have been coming here for years I have been coming here for years. Great prices and quality but most importantly excellent customer service.. This was my 3rd purchase at the Plaza Factory. Can’t say enough of this great place, trust me I’m noted for researching the heck of things before I purchase anything and give out my hard earned money.

New look in our kitchen Cody was great to work with. Very patient as we were slow to get our end ready for install. FP has a great selection of designs and materials to choose from for kitchen countertops. The installation was smooth and the installation crew was easy to work with. I would highly recommend using Factory Plaza for kitchen updates!

Awesome The two gentlemen Were awesome very professional. Did a fantastic job. Our kitchen looks so great . They were very kind . Thank you to Both of them. They cleaned up like they were not even here.
