They had to carry 8’x4’countertop up… They had to carry 8’x4’countertop up three flights of stairs because the elevator wasn’t big enough. No complaints. Efficient. Followed condo rules. Awesome job. Thank you guys.

Excellent experience I don't write many reviews but I feel I need to write this one. My experience with Factory Plaza was excellent from beginning to end. My salesman, Ryan, was personable, professional and patient. I feel I got very a competitively priced product in a very timely manner. They hit their timelines perfectly. When it came time for installation, I was notified when they were to arrive and they arrived at that time exactly. Installation went smoothly and accurately. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Factory Plaza First of all i want to thank Natalia for helping us with our kitchen design. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when putting this project together. Factory Plaza is truly the best, it shows in their quality and great customer service and project manager Bozena. They also have a huge selection of beautiful counter tops, granite quartz and many more selections. Overall i'm extremely satisfied and a customer for life. Thank you guys, sincerely, Ricardo
