Factory Plaza was GREAT Factory Plaza was GREAT, and we are very pleased. We ended up choosing a different granite slab from a supplier rather than the showroom; Factory Plaza was extremely accommodating, easy to work with, and they did not price gouge. Additionally, we had an issue that I wished to speak to an owner about; she returned our call within minutes and assured us of their commitment to the customer. We couldn't have been more pleased. The installers were professional. We will use Factory Plaza again soon for our downstairs kitchen.

Milo was our sales rep Milo was our sales rep, and was very helpful in selection process of our new countertops. It was also helpful to be able to see slabs in person at Factory Plaza warehouse. Scheduling the measurement and installation was very easy. The installation crew was very clean, and installed our counters on the day promised. Our new quartz counter tops came out beautiful, and we are very happy with service we received.

Countertops I put off getting new countertops for so long I’m kicking myself. Factory plaza was so easy to work with. I picked out the slab I wanted, they came and measured. Installation and delivery went well only took about 2 hours to remove old counter and install new one. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Poor experience with staff Price was good. Personnel was rude. Person who came to measure was rude and hard to understand. He entered my house without authorization when we were not home. What he said conflicted with what the office had told us about the process and about their sinks. Installer made an antisemtic remark.
