Scheduling the measurement and installation was very easy. The installation crew was very clean, and installed our counters on the day promised. Our new quartz counter tops came out beautiful, and we are very happy with service we received.

Excellent experience I don't write many reviews but I feel I need to write this one. My experience with Factory Plaza was excellent from beginning to end. My salesman, Ryan, was personable, professional and patient. I feel I got very a competitively priced product in a very timely manner. They hit their timelines perfectly. When it came time for installation, I was notified when they were to arrive and they arrived at that time exactly. Installation went smoothly and accurately. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

New look in our kitchen Cody was great to work with. Very patient as we were slow to get our end ready for install. FP has a great selection of designs and materials to choose from for kitchen countertops. The installation was smooth and the installation crew was easy to work with. I would highly recommend using Factory Plaza for kitchen updates!

Poor experience with staff Price was good. Personnel was rude. Person who came to measure was rude and hard to understand. He entered my house without authorization when we were not home. What he said conflicted with what the office had told us about the process and about their sinks. Installer made an antisemtic remark.
