So impressed! My order came safely packed and all intact. Shipping didn't take long at all. The quality was even more than I expected! While I haven't used my new flour mill yet, I have unpacked it and prepared to use. It is not only beautiful but incredibly practical and fits easily on my counter without taking up a massive amount of space! In short, I am impressed with this company. The same four mill was available on Amazon and for that same price I received a package deal at Everything Kitchens that included a cutting board with scale and a vacuum container! I received beautifully packaged Peony… I received beautifully packaged Peony Fiesta and a few pieces had glazing issues. Hoping to be able to exchange them, I hopped on virtual chat and quickly was connected with the most understanding CSR. I snapped a few pictures and uploaded them and she verified replacements without the same issue were available. Fast service and great customer support My original order shipped and arrived quickly. We found that two of the items were broken during transport. Likely not the fault of the seller but Everything Kitchens replaced the broken items immediately and had them shipped out the same day I emailed them proof of the damaged delivery.
