Hoping to be able to exchange them, I hopped on virtual chat and quickly was connected with the most understanding CSR. I snapped a few pictures and uploaded them and she verified replacements without the same issue were available. My replacements are on the way and the pieces with issue have already been donated to someone in need. Love EK from start to finish!

New fiesta Peony I ordered a place setting and 4 other pieces of Fiesta in the new color peony. Every piece was wrapped individually and nested together inside fat bubble wrap. All arrived in perfect condition, and on the day expected. Love it!

You're always hesitant to try a new… You're always hesitant to try a new company but I have to say.....Great Job - Everything Kitchens! I surprised my wife with allot of items from their many many MANY vast variety of products and she was in shock! The quality, the packaging, the fast shipping, the price, I can't say enough. Forget other company's and give them a try. We weren't disappointed and guaranteed you won't either. Fyi we bought Mason Cash products and are SUPER satisfied. We will be back for more products once I pay this bill off ($350.00 worth lol) but got allot of bang for the buck.

Good products and customer service I have bought from you before and have always been satisfied with the service. The products are good in my experience. The return policy is okay, although I had to spend about half of the cost of the last item I bought to return it (my choice, it was too big for my purpose).
