I received beautifully packaged Peony… I received beautifully packaged Peony Fiesta and a few pieces had glazing issues. Hoping to be able to exchange them, I hopped on virtual chat and quickly was connected with the most understanding CSR. I snapped a few pictures and uploaded them and she verified replacements without the same issue were available.
