It was installed within an hour. This included, turning off the water, removing the old faucet, installing the new faucet, turning on the water and putting all tools away. After a couple of weeks the faucet is still working. It also has a lifetime warranty.

The shopping experience at your company… The shopping experience at your company was fine. But the product was not what I expected. I was looking for the older style K-4652-A-O Toilet Seat from approx. 15 years ago which was a lot better product and more comfortable to sit on.
