Faucet (color/finish) was discontinued… Faucet (color/finish) was discontinued at factory, however Hausera had them available! We really wanted to get the same type since only the spray head went bad and I only want to replace that part for now. I now have a whole new faucet when/if the main unit needs repair. It was also less expensive than the original cost I paid from Kohler.

Shower installation Our shower surround is finally installed. It looks great and the quality of the material is second to none. We have been showing our new shower to all of our friends. Everyone loves it and we will recommend Hausera to all our friends. Thanks so very much. Jim and Carla Ball

I spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle… I spent $137 for a new hose and nozzle for my faucet. You shipped it via UPS. UPS then delivered it to the local USPS last Thursday, 3-26. I have not received it and no one knows where it is. Why don't you choose a carrier who will actually DELIVER the product to the customers door. Now...I am out of $137 and no way to hold anyone accountable, since you provide no option to insure the order.
