WHERE IS MY ORDER??? I placed an order 11 days ago. Their website said 5-7 days for shipping. I have not rec'd my item nor have I rec'd an email saying it's even been shipped. I have called their 1-877 number 43 times at all times of the day, no answer. I have left numerous messages, no return call. I have left numerous emails, no reply. They have $100+ of my money and I have NOTHING. BAD BAD BAD customer service.

One stop shop for fun Second time ordering from them. Great selection of fun items to enhance any Oktoberfest party. Got nervous as I ordered ten days in advance of party. The order was all in stock and inexpensive but never got email stating items shipped. Package tracking didn't exist. Ended up on my doorstep with plenty of time to spare though!!

Great products and quick turnaround! We ordered a week before our Oktoberfest party, and everything was shipped the next day, arriving the day after that. We were worried that our order wouldn't make it in time, but Oktoberfest Haus delivered! Really fun products and a big variety, which made our party that much more fun.

Good Company Things arrived sooner than expected. Things were better quality than expected. My order was not complete, called the company-spoke to a live person that was very nice and very efficient, my problem was corrected by the next day.. yep, the items were on my front porch the next day. Was a very good shopping experience, I would recommend.
