Nice webstore, but improvement is possible. I find your website to be easily navigated and divided into relevant categories. Sales are good and products show a good but not always comprehensive variety. Customer service may not immediately know the answers but does obtain them. I was surprised to find no way to receive notice when a certain item will return to stock! Overall quality of products is good, however a recent shipment of wooden ornaments were missing a few small pieces; so still room for improvement.

WHERE IS MY ORDER??? I placed an order 11 days ago. Their website said 5-7 days for shipping. I have not rec'd my item nor have I rec'd an email saying it's even been shipped. I have called their 1-877 number 43 times at all times of the day, no answer. I have left numerous messages, no return call. I have left numerous emails, no reply. They have $100+ of my money and I have NOTHING. BAD BAD BAD customer service.

Nice selection at good price; quick delivery We were hosting an early Oktoberfest party and needed some Oktoberfest supplies quickly. I found Oktoberfesthaus by Google and was pleasantly surprised to find most of what I wanted in their inventory, and at better prices than I was able to find on ebay. I paid extra for quick delivery and got the supplies the day before the party just as explained. I was very happy with the purchase process.

Good Company Things arrived sooner than expected. Things were better quality than expected. My order was not complete, called the company-spoke to a live person that was very nice and very efficient, my problem was corrected by the next day.. yep, the items were on my front porch the next day. Was a very good shopping experience, I would recommend.

One stop shop for fun Second time ordering from them. Great selection of fun items to enhance any Oktoberfest party. Got nervous as I ordered ten days in advance of party. The order was all in stock and inexpensive but never got email stating items shipped. Package tracking didn't exist. Ended up on my doorstep with plenty of time to spare though!!
