All is well that ends well. It was an exciting journey. I initially was sent the wrong Bavarian check flags. Then when the correct replacement was sent, I received a single flag rather than the eight I. Had ordered. I finally received exemplary service in getting the missing seven flags delivered to me before our scheduled Oktoberfest event. It was far from a perfect buying experience but I would order from you again.

Click, quick, and slick! Easy to find what I want, from final order submitted to arrival. All was completed quickly and arrived packaged well. Only misleading thing is "free shipping for orders bigger than $xx dollars" but it only applies to US orders, need to read in the small print on shipping rules to identify does not apply to Canadian orders. That's the reason for the one star loss, great customer service means 100% transparency which I don't feel was clear on this point.

Finally, costumes that fit and are comfortable!! After many years of trying various Oktoberfest costumes we finally found costumes that fit and are comfortable. Not perfect though as seams on the waistband of my boyfriends outfit were unraveling when he tried it on and my dress had a loop come apart but both are easy fixes. Happy German girl.

Oktoberfest hats Inexpensive items for part of costume. Men's hat ran large but no problems with construction, material, etc. of women's or men's hat. Shipping was prompt. Items arrived in good condition. Will probably order again for additional items next year.

Pleasant and Easy Transaction I located a few ornaments that I had seen elsewhere at a higher price and purchased them from Oktoberfest Haus. The shipping was not quick but I was not expecting it to be so, for me, that was not an issue. I did use their very helpful online chat to get an estimate on the delivery date and it turned out to e the next day.;) I plan on making further purchases and have no reservations in recommending them to anyone.
