Everything positive Our experiences with eFaucets have been nothing but positive. Their selection and prices are great and service afterward even better. We had purchased a Kohler tub/shower trim package, which arrived quickly, but I was unable to get it to fit properly. Emily in Customer Service proved quite knowledgeable about their products, assisted in the purchase of a replacement kit, and return and refund of the original one.

Missing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.

It was shipped in a box that was… It was shipped in a box that was smaller than the item's manufactures box which created the outer box to rip and expose the product in shipping. Luckily no damage occurred because UPS must have retaped the outer box. I have pictures and wish i could post so all could see what was on our doorstep when we came home from work.

Would order from efaucets again I was impressed by the ease of using this website, which I wasn't familiar with prior to my purchase. We wanted a very specific vanity which stopped being carried at any of our typical hardware stores, and it was available on efaucets. The price was the best I found online, shipping was quick, packaging was very secure. I'd use efaucets again.

Very good purchasing experience Overall, a very good purchasing experience. Delivery (R-L Carriers) was also very good. The products themselves (i.e., 2 Kohler Santa Rosa toilets, Model K3811... the 1.6 gal/flush model) are still being evaluated, as they have only been in use one day.
