I would give zero if I could I would give zero if I could. I bought a toilet from them on Amazon. While attempting to install I realized it was the wrong size. I was told if I returned the item undamaged I would get a full refund less shipping. Because I attempted installation there was a small amount of wax residue on the bottom. They claimed it was damage. It was not. They charged me a $140 restocking charge. Beware!

Only giving four stars because the shower trim took an extra week to arrive, and then the heavy handle was floating around in the box banging other pieces. Amazingly nothing was scratched or dented! The packaging issue was in the Moen box, probably not eFaucets fault.
