Excellent Customer Service My shower faucet is more than 22 years old but Delta Faucets still provided me with the replacement cartridge (RP19804) for free and free shipping. Earlier, I had to purchase a substitute part from Home Depot (for $42 plus HST) because the shower was leaking and had to be repaired soonest. We had to settle for the substitute product because according to Home Depot, Delta is now owned by a different company (the brand that we purchased). Thank you Delta Faucets for the free replacement cartridge.

Missing parts and no service.... I ordered the Kraus stainless steel sink. Upon arrival and subsequent install, I realized the bottom grid was missing from the box (similar to many other reviews). I have sent four messages asking for a replacement and have yet to receive a response from the company. Complete silence. The sink is fine and looks great. Too bad that the parts were incomplete and the service lacking.

Would order from efaucets again I was impressed by the ease of using this website, which I wasn't familiar with prior to my purchase. We wanted a very specific vanity which stopped being carried at any of our typical hardware stores, and it was available on efaucets.
