Because I didn't have time to lift 200 pound vanity myself without help it fell out of the 5 day inspection period. Vanity poorly painted - mirror poorly painted - porcelain vanity top chipped. No help from Home Outlet Design!! Way to go for the great customer service and backing the product you sold me.
