GBVanity was received damaged When I ordered my vanity on a Wed, it did not get shipped until the following Monday because apparently there were computer issues. When I received my vanity on the following Wed, it was damaged and had to be sent back. Currently waiting on a new one while my contractor gets paid for nothing... disappointed as the freight carrier states they did not damage it. Had to give at least one star... would have given no stars.

GBGreat experience! Everything went very well, ordered the vanity, someone called the very next day to go over our order and said it would arrive in about a week. It arrived in 7 days, the driver was very nice, vanity packaged well and in great shape. No hassles, no delays, no problems. This is very important when doing a renovation. It's never easy but Home Design Outlet Center was great, would definitely recommend them to friends.

GBCustomer service and super fast delivery was fabulous!!!!! First of all I have to admit that customer service and delivery was fabulous!!! Me and my husband visited Home Design Outlet center in Skokie to purchase 2 bathroom cabinets. They have help us to choose the right size, design and color. Being them in stock!!!!!, was another applause to them. We have received our cabinets in less than 36 hours in mint condition. Highly recommend..

GBDamaged goods and horrible service I recieved a crate full of damaged goods that came from the manufacturer and the shipping company. Spent a lot of money for this merchandise. Because I didn't have time to lift 200 pound vanity myself without help it fell out of the 5 day inspection period. Vanity poorly painted - mirror poorly painted - porcelain vanity top chipped. No help from Home Outlet Design!! Way to go for the great customer service and backing the product you sold me.

GBEasy online store front, poor customer follow up Easy online store front to handle purchase. Item was listed as in stock, but then part of order was on back-order. Didn't find out to later. When told it was on back-order (through email), I asked for estimated ship date (by email response) and no response (by email or phone) for several days until I had to finally call. Once called and talked to someone, still no answer.
