Great Customer Service for my Issue We received an outdoor Deck Box as a wedding gift last Fall. It was purchased on Amazon and supplied by Hernest. I did not try to assemble it until this Spring (after the snow was gone) and when I opened the box, I realized it was missing the Hardware Kit (Screws, Hinges, Latch, etc...). I contacted the phone number listed and the support team was very friendly and helpful. Rather than wait several weeks for a replacement Hardware Kit to be sent, they offered to send a complete new replacement Deck Box. I had the new box in a few days and it assembled with no issues. The communication was excellent and I am completely satisfied with the product and company. Thank You for your help.

Buying such a large piece of furniture… Buying such a large piece of furniture online made me nervous because I thought it wouldn't look as wonderful as the photographs. However, I'm glad I took the risk. My hopes were exceeded by this coffee table, which features an amazing wood grain pattern and adjustable lighting. A welcome surprise was the ample storage space provided by the pull-out drawers, which could accommodate all of my belongings. Thanks to the detailed directions, assembly was a breeze. Overall, the elegant style and superior finish of this coffee table have completely changed my living space. It's a statement piece rather than just furniture, which is why I'm in love with it. I'm overjoyed with my buy!

My item had some missing pieces and as soon as I contacted them, they quickly sent out the correct pieces. Hilda was the sweet customer service representative that I was working with and she was so sweet and made every effort to make sure that I was happy! Okay ordered a dresser n nightstand Okay ordered a dresser n nightstand. Dresser came in two boxes. Lots assembly nightstand never came Multiple times reached out to them. Said tracking but 16 weeks later never got it. Still fighting for refund.

I had to wait two months for delivery… I had to wait two months for delivery of order YT1000112524. Assembly went well. Hardware packs were helpful. Assembly instructions could have benefited from larger illustrations… the only negative thing is the legs with wheels that bolt on are too long .. the sofa arms don’t reach the floor at the rear of the sofa, so it moves around when you make a movement to sit down!
