GBCoffee table purchase Bought a coffee table from hernest.com and the delivery was very fast. I love the coffee table because it goes well with my decor. Long story short i was able to reach out to their after sales customer service with the issue i had with the table and we were able to reach a good solution that worked for both parties.

GBI had to wait two months for delivery… I had to wait two months for delivery of order YT1000112524. Assembly went well. Hardware packs were helpful. Assembly instructions could have benefited from larger illustrations… the only negative thing is the legs with wheels that bolt on are too long .. the sofa arms don’t reach the floor at the rear of the sofa, so it moves around when you make a movement to sit down!

GBWorse than Wal-Mart furniture Every piece is damaged, cracked, scraped, worn...multiple pieces missing. Terrible China customer service. Some pieces were drilled wrong, then filled with white putty, then partially drilled elsewhere. Drawer rails fall off as the screws are too small. All this after waiting 8 weeks. Save your money and buy something from craigslist

My item had some missing pieces and as soon as I contacted them, they quickly sent out the correct pieces.
