I've been waiting for my refund for… I've been waiting for my refund for over a week now and still haven't got it nor are stonestream getting back to me. I rang the number, but its says no longer in service! My review got the attention of stonestream and WOW they called me to say they have refunded me.. amazing what a review can di isn't it?..

Only regret is not buying one earlier I'd been eyeing up Stone Stream for ages as my old shower was so bad I'd have probably washed my hair better in the rain. It was a bit of a wait for delivery, especially as it turned out I needed a new hose as well. Once I had the whole kit though the difference was amazing. The three settings add a bit of novelty, I can actually get my long thick hair clean, and the water even feels hotter somehow. I just wish I'd bought one earlier!

A Great Buying Experience The shower head does what they say, we use less water and maintains good water pressure. Have also fitted the water softener cartridge and now showers are so much more enjoyable with all the super bubbles. Sought advice in fitting and Angie at customer services was so helpful. Great experience.

I like the actual shower head, but connectors leak I like the actual shower head, love the fact you can stop the flow, that aspect is perfect for washing my dog or just cleaning the shower area. My main problem with this brand is the connections, they are plastic and constantly leak. We got 2 replacements and still same issue. So any savings we’d be getting are literally going down the drain with the leaks. Customer service is good, but this brand just isn’t for our particular shower.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY So we were very excited to receive our new shower head kit. We waited and it came eventually bit slow, but tracking number provided which was good. Upon opening the box the first concern was the quality, very poor. Almost unfinished in parts, the plastic didnt seem to knit very well together. We thought lets not judge a book by its cover and give it a go, but Oh My Word what a disappointing experience, if the head was not at the exact right angle the water didnt come through the spray holes just ran straight out of the head. Decided that we had no option but to return as per their literature, messaged, again, again, again automated response. Then finally a glimmer of hope a response, this was a query from them as to whether my shower was electric, reply....wait...wait..wait. Nothing. The silence is deafening, i have asked for a return address to process a return and refund...silence. So it looks like small claims court for me, what a horrendous product and non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY
