I like the actual shower head, but connectors leak I like the actual shower head, love the fact you can stop the flow, that aspect is perfect for washing my dog or just cleaning the shower area. My main problem with this brand is the connections, they are plastic and constantly leak. We got 2 replacements and still same issue. So any savings we’d be getting are literally going down the drain with the leaks. Customer service is good, but this brand just isn’t for our particular shower.

I think the 5 stars is deserved I think the 5 stars is deserved with a little proviso. I had ordered the cheaper version with only the 1 setting, but I was upgraded at no extra cost. This was lucky for us as the 'mist' setting which is I beleive on the cheaper version is actually not that great. However, the power jet is terrific either alone or surrounded by the mist (which is our favourite setting) So without the upgrade, this would have been either a 3 or a 4 star review!

I have always used Stone Stream but no… I have always used Stone Stream but no more. Bought the new Eco lux 9 mode shower head to find it does not fit into the suction shower head holder that I had purchased from them previously. Nothing on the website to indicate this and they have not answered any email queries. I believe you can tell how good a company is by their customer service. They have failed miserably. Won't be using them again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY So we were very excited to receive our new shower head kit. We waited and it came eventually bit slow, but tracking number provided which was good. Upon opening the box the first concern was the quality, very poor. Almost unfinished in parts, the plastic didnt seem to knit very well together. We thought lets not judge a book by its cover and give it a go, but Oh My Word what a disappointing experience, if the head was not at the exact right angle the water didnt come through the spray holes just ran straight out of the head. Decided that we had no option but to return as per their literature, messaged, again, again, again automated response. Then finally a glimmer of hope a response, this was a query from them as to whether my shower was electric, reply....wait...wait..wait. Nothing. The silence is deafening, i have asked for a return address to process a return and refund...silence. So it looks like small claims court for me, what a horrendous product and non existent customer service. DO NOT BUY

Delighted with my order I received my order today and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. It’s a fantastic product. Thank you for your great customer care I will definitely be ordering off you guys again. Many thanks Denise
