Flawless experience We ordered a frameless shower door system through Glass Castle as part of a master bath renovation as that is who our contractor uses. The technician appeared promptly at the time as scheduled in advance for the measurements and again when the system was installed. They were quick, very polite and did a terrific job. They thoroughly explained how to care for the system and the do's and dont's. It looks great!

A job well done My overall experience with Glass Castle can be summarized in one word--outstanding! Both Chris and Dave were extremely helpful, explaining the available options, costs, and process. When the technicians came out to measure, both were conscientious and thorough. An added plus was that the glass came much sooner than expected. On installation day, the technicians arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation of my shower glass. The installation was perfect! I can honestly say that I made the right choice and can highly recommend Glass Castle.

Good product, knowledgeable personnel, customer service is first! Glass Castle Inc. provided the shower door/enclosure for our remodeled bathroom. The people who sold us the product had full knowledge and helpful suggestions for our purchase. The product was perfectly measured, and the installers did a great job. Any questions or concerns were immediately responded to and resolved.

Attention to detail in installation lacking... The shower door was not centered-it was off by a 1/2 inch-so it did not line up with the end of the tile accent in the shower area. It seems very obvious when you look where the hinges were secured to the wall...the tile accent extends a 1/2 inch. When the installers came back to see the discrepancy they argued with the contractor about the placement of the door...the accent tile extends past the door a 1/2 inch; had the door been positioned exactly in the middle of the saddle then the door and tile would have lined up perfectly...will unfortunately have to live with it!
