Glass Castle deivered on everything the promised From the time I started my process of looking for a shower door Glass Castle was nothing but straight forward. They talked to me for a couple minutes and did not give me too many options (which is a good thing) to choose from so it was made easier. Actually, it is essentailly a shower door and I trust their opinion and their reasoning as to why they don't offer too many choices because they know what works best and don't want to make things too complicated for the consumer (me). They gave me a quote and there were no hassles, measurement, delivery and install all went as planned/promised. I have only good things to say about Glass Castle.

Flawless experience We ordered a frameless shower door system through Glass Castle as part of a master bath renovation as that is who our contractor uses. The technician appeared promptly at the time as scheduled in advance for the measurements and again when the system was installed. They were quick, very polite and did a terrific job. They thoroughly explained how to care for the system and the do's and dont's. It looks great!

A few years ago I ordered a piece of… A few years ago I ordered a piece of glass for a picture frame. It took 7 weeks to cut it and I had already purchased a picture frame for $9.99. you charged me $20 which I prepaid. You guys SUCK.

Wonderfully professional Dave and his team at Glass Castle installed Antique Mirrors in my home bar. Each phase of the job, from our first phone conversation, to measuring, to installing was wonderfully professional, beautifully done and a pleasure to experience. I couldn't rate them any higher. I only wish I had a mother pto jet for them to do!
