A job well done My overall experience with Glass Castle can be summarized in one word--outstanding! Both Chris and Dave were extremely helpful, explaining the available options, costs, and process. When the technicians came out to measure, both were conscientious and thorough. An added plus was that the glass came much sooner than expected. On installation day, the technicians arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the installation of my shower glass. The installation was perfect! I can honestly say that I made the right choice and can highly recommend Glass Castle.

The people who sold us the product had full knowledge and helpful suggestions for our purchase. The product was perfectly measured, and the installers did a great job. Great up front, installers need a little polish We felt well-informed and had a good experience when we were in the showroom and on follow-up phone calls to keep us informed. We were looking forward to the install of our glass shower door, the final step in our bath redo project! The product install went without a hitch, installers did a good job technically. However, they left bathroom rugs thrown aside and drill dust in the corners of the new shower pan, which we had to clean up. It may seem like a small thing, but a little more "customer care" would have earned Glass Castle 5 stars instead of 4.

Great Experience I called to get a quote after being referred to Glass Castle as a potential glass source from the architect I was working with. They were incredibly professional and prompt in setting up a date and time to come measure for the free quote. They did a thorough measuring such that when I decided to go with Glass Castle they didn't have to come back out to measure again. I ordered 3 sliding glass shower doors, 1 stationary shower door and 1 glass privacy panel. Their pricing was incredibly competitive compared to another quote I got. During installation everything went smoothly and we are currently enjoying our shower doors. Thanks Glass Castle!

Wonderfully professional Dave and his team at Glass Castle installed Antique Mirrors in my home bar. Each phase of the job, from our first phone conversation, to measuring, to installing was wonderfully professional, beautifully done and a pleasure to experience. I couldn't rate them any higher. I only wish I had a mother pto jet for them to do!
