GBRe-Bath Nightmare Remodle I wish I could give zero star. This remodel has been a nightmare from day one. Look at the pictures they will tell the story. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay, but they were not done with the project. Lowe's said not pay until they were done. It took 72 days to complete this nightmare of a remodel. The bathtub walls are still not even. The door is still loose from the damage they created. The toilet sits uneven, and they put in a new subfloor. I don't know, maybe shims? The drywall that they patched is wavy and very noticeable that it does not match the walls. They damaged the walls because nothing was wrong with them before the nightmare. Never again, and I would not recommend you spend a penny with this company. I hate going into my bathroom. That is how mad I am about their work.

GBDid a bathroom for my daughter and… Did a bathroom for my daughter and finished on Friday. Saturday evening I get a call that the pipes in the bathroom were frozen. I thaw them out but the fittings they installed leaked so I had to get a plumber in to cut and cap since they could not respond. That is when I notice they cut the floor joist to get the drain in. When they show up to make the repairs their response to the cut joist was "sometime you need to do it". I asked if that was code and the plumber (if he was one) said I don't know you'll have to ask the carpenter. But that is not all. They never reinstalled the insulation causing the pipes to freeze. The toilet was installed crooked and two screws for the faucet were sticking out through the rear wall. They took out the doorway to get the tub in and when they put it back they feathered the plaster around the frame only two coats and told me that is all they could do because on the contract. These guys are hacks, avoid them at all costs.

GBThey may have destroyed my home. I am being told my the Knoxville RE BATH, my Delta 500 series shower installation is according manufacturer specs and code. The most notable specs and code is where the floor truss had about 10” removed. But, according to RE BATH experts. I am lucky there was a closet wall under the bottom part of the web truss to land on. yes that’s sarcasm. As off 17 March 2023, RE BATH states they are no longer concerned with my project because there won’t be any claims made,,.? My bathroom floor is now , not level and there is a crown that has formed on the floor along that damaged truss. Also the shower pan moves up and down. I politely ask the management to make good on repairs, and install a shower door in good faith for my damages. Their expert deemed there is no damage. In fact he states the situation is so stable, he could cut the floor truss several more times and every thing will be fine, according to a phone conversation I had with management after the company expert left my home. Im sure one could speculate I am leaving many paragraphs out. Yes the trust in question was notched by previous owner. les than 1/2 total with of the top of the truss. I never wanted to present a review; however, I waited for three weeks for RE BATH of Knoxville to “make a very thing right”. For over 2.5 hrs at my home I was subjected to constant gaslighting of the entire situation and complete loss of my money. Thanks for readin. Joe

GBMy grandmother had her bathroom… My grandmother had her bathroom remolded and Dante and Angel were great. They were very professional and trustworthy and always on time. At the end of the they left everything clean and spotless. I would recommend Re-bath and Dante and Angel to anyone. My grandmother loves her new walk-in shower and so do I.

GBThey have got to be kidding! I set up an appointment through Home Depot. They contacted RE-BATH to send over a salesman. He looked at my very tiny bathroom that needed a walk in shower after being demo'd down to the studs. He gave me two options. The first was an option to have them install what looked like the ugly material you would typically see in a campground shower room. The second option was a thicker material and not much prettier. First option quoted was $18,000. Second option was over $38,000! To add to the laughable quotes, they are three months out because "they have to order in the material". Where is it......China? The salesman was sensing his pitch was going nowhere when I started asking him questions and quickly wrapped it up. I let him and showed him the door. These and other similar companies are a waste of your time and money. I'm surprised that Home Depot would want their good name attached to such a jank company. Get a local contractor to build one nicer and much better.
