Re-Bath Nightmare Remodle I wish I could give zero star. This remodel has been a nightmare from day one. Look at the pictures they will tell the story. They threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay, but they were not done with the project. Lowe's said not pay until they were done. It took 72 days to complete this nightmare of a remodel. The bathtub walls are still not even. The door is still loose from the damage they created. The toilet sits uneven, and they put in a new subfloor. I don't know, maybe shims? The drywall that they patched is wavy and very noticeable that it does not match the walls. They damaged the walls because nothing was wrong with them before the nightmare. Never again, and I would not recommend you spend a penny with this company. I hate going into my bathroom. That is how mad I am about their work.

Great Service after the fact… I used Re-Bath several years ago for bathroom remodel. Recently, the towel ring they installed fell off the wall. I called ReBath and they sent Dante to repair the towel ring. His round trip was over an hour and a half to my house. After he fixed the towel ring, I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing. They told me when I hired them that they stood by their work, and today they made a believer out of me. Dante is a gem!

Never go with company or any company… Never go with company or any company that will not share a base price. My parents who are 74 were told their bathroom would be completely gutted. Their definition and mine are 2 different things. They did take the walls down to the studs around the original bathtub, however no where else. They replaced the bathtub with a shower, replaced the flooring and that is it. All for $13,800 and said it was a package price. Their bathroom is tiny and when I asked the owner if he could provide pricing for me when they were finished, because the numbers were not adding up for the work they did he said he was not able to give numbers to me and everything is proprietary! He also has no idea what customer service is!

Samples do not reflect what the product… Samples do not reflect what the product REALLY looks like, colors are way off. The sinks are super small and very dull. They took the whole vanity top including the sinks out and buffed to make shiny which really did not happen. Now the sinks absorb stains like there is no tomorrow. Vanity top is dull/ugly - nothing like the sample. The shower door was installed where it rattles and bangs around, always afraid it will fall off tracks (this was after they came out and "fixed"). The shower products easily get black mold even with frequent cleaning. For the ridiculous amount of money we paid for this junk, heartbreaking. We had done business with Re-bath twice before, always pleased. Their product now is nothing but junk, save your money and stay far away from them. Complain on facebook and they block you.

Our bathroom remodel with Re-Bath… Our bathroom remodel with Re-Bath started on 6/27/22 and the installation of a shower and 2 sinks with cabinets was completed in 3 days. The glass door for the shower will take a little longer to install because it is a custom fit and would have to be ordered, but overall we love the final results! The contractor (Manny) is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly! They were on time each day and upon leaving they left their work area very clean. I would highly recommend Manny and his assistant to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom through Re-Bath. He is dependable and really knows his stuff!
