GBDon't shop here. Purchased furniture items on the website which don't actually exist. No one answers the phone when calling customer service and when I did get an email saying the items were no longer available they wouldn't refund my $1000 unless I sent a written request. The person on the phone hardly spoke English and was oviously outside of the country. They also demanded copies of my utility bills which I have no idea why an ecommerce company would need to see my utility bills after my credit card was already charged and funds deducted. Seems like a phony company to me. I hope my credit card company can refund me my $1000.

GBSimilar to other sites I haven't bought anything from FlatFair, but they emailed me asking for a review. I saved a headboard to a wishlist and reviewed their bed collection extensively. I am very determined when I want to buy new furniture so I probably looked online and in a few local stores for a month before deciding. I found Flatfare's products and prices to be pretty similar to other sites, so I'd only consider buying a piece from them in the future if they had something uniquely sold here, or a really good deal.

GBIt's actually SOLID wood I was doing my online research for bunk beds. I had never heard of Flatfair and was a little skeptical. Turns out. It is everything advertised. Solid wood, solid construction, a very well built bed. Same quality bed that would cost at least double in a retail store. I amber happy with my purchase.

GBNon-existent customer service Order for table placed last week with request for assembly. No response thus far on the order. Several phone messages left with request for call back. Calls to customer service number posted on Flat fair website are not answered.

GBDidn't have news about my order for 14 days!!! Don't have words to describe the experience with this website. It's just terrible, disappointing, stressing and annoying. I placed my order 13 days ago and haven't had any updates about it yet. Delivery time of the sofa I bought was supposed to be 1-2 weeks, it's been two weeks and I haven't received the sofa or any information about it!! I'm starting to think they're a scam and I lost my money. Customer service phone never works and they don't reply e-mails. Be careful.
