GBMosaics Direct blamed DPD for their error I ordered £140 worth of tiles on Thursday 15th June 2023 & received email confirmation of my delivery address.DPD were due to make delivery today,Saturday 17th June but no delivery was made.I contacted Mosaics Direct who blamed DPD because they said we have your correct delivery address so it must be their error.However DPD emailed me to say parcel was delivered & posted a photo of the doorstep where they were left,needless to say not my doorstep.I left a complaint with DPD online.Afterwards I spoke to various neighbours hoping they had perhaps seen delivery van.It turns out that they were delivered to a neighbour up the street because the address on the delivery label from Mosaics Direct had the wrong house number on it.When I called them they just shrugged it off as a "simple error"! I will never order anything from this company again.

PTExcellent Hello. Ordered some mosaic samples to deliver in Portugal. Had some questions and wasn't able to do it in the website. Sent an email and it was quicly answered by Marvin, from the customer service. He made the order for me, sent me email during the process and secured the delivery exactly within the estimated arrival date. The tiles are amazing and I'll buy them to my kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent!!!!

GBGood Pricing and Selection, Not Great Delivery I've given Mosaic Tile Direct 3 stars because they offer great tile selections and the best prices I could find. But the shipment of tiles (though fast), was delivered to my neighbor's house. Since the house is vacant, the tiles could have sat there forever without us knowing. Luckily, the new owner alerted us and we schlepped the tiles to our house.

GBDo not try to do business with them I ordered product they advertised as in stock. The processed the transaction but I never received a shipment confirmation. After 3 phone calls they admitted the product was not in stock. Two more weeks of run around and I disputed the transaction; they would not even acknowledge an order cancellation

GBOn November 14 On November 14, I ordered some pieces of Travertine pencils for my project. It took two weeks to process the order, just because I called to ask about the order. I have been waiting for the shipment for a week, they sent me a shipping confirmation but the tracking number is only a created label that has never been shipped. Very bad service and they never respond to my requests.
