They were professional, honest and went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

GBCharged for Items I Did not Receive Ordered tile from this company in November 2014 and upon the slow delivery (was prepared to wait because of the good price) the quantity ordered was less than the amount I received. I contacted customer service the same day as I received my delivery to explain the situation and to date I have not received a refund. The guy at customer service tells me he will contact customer service and then cuts me off the phone. He does not reply to emails and does not respond to telephone messages. He told me I could be lying, he is rude and completely inadept in customer service skills. Do not use under any circumstances.

GBAS BAD AS IT GETS Worst company I've ever dealt with I ordered some tiles on AUGUST 2015; a week later I get an email that my already overpriced order ( had to finish a job with a specific tile) suddenly no longer had free shipping, for 15 (3 x 6) tiles the shipping was going to be $45.00 - major rip off - after sending a couple of emails and phone call, I never got a response, and I needed tile to finish job, Finally I disputed it in Paypal and got a credit - I still had no tiles. AND, they are charging me an adjustment fee for the credit. I agree with the reviewer who said this company is a scam. Stay away from Mosaic Tile Direct and save yourself a lot of stress. They don't deserve your business

GBHorrible customer service I needed a few extra tiles to finish a job... I place a few different calls/voicemails four days ago and yet have received a call back. Every time I have tried calling it goes directly to voicemail. Lack of customer service! A company really should answer phone calls and return a call with in 24 hours!

GBPretty sure nobody works there I ordered a month ago a single sheet of tile so I could compare it to what I have in my bathroom. I paid more for the shipping than the tile. After a week passed with no update, I chatted in and requested an update. I was told it should have shipped by now and that I would receive an email with more information. Another two weeks passed with no contact, so I sent an email asking for a status update and received no response. Today, I requested to have my order cancelled and my money returned, although I'm pretty sure I'll have to dispute the charge because my order of one measley tile apparently isn't enough to get even the most minimal of customer service.
