PTExcellent Hello. Ordered some mosaic samples to deliver in Portugal. Had some questions and wasn't able to do it in the website. Sent an email and it was quicly answered by Marvin, from the customer service. He made the order for me, sent me email during the process and secured the delivery exactly within the estimated arrival date. The tiles are amazing and I'll buy them to my kitchen and bathrooms. Excellent!!!!

GBCharged For Products Not In Inventory I ordered a large quantity of tile online. I attempted to contact support regarding the order by chat, by email consistently for several days and never received one response. After the payment processed through my account, I received a call that they did not have the tile in inventory and wanted to know if I would backorder to sometime in September. I declined and requested a refund instead. It is now several days later and my account still is not credited back. I have filed a complaint via my bank regarding the issue and wanting to get my refund of 2k+ back. Very poor business experience.

GBReasonable value for money I bought hex penny tiles and carrara marble crown molding for my new bathroom. The tile arrived in good condition, and looks good installed. However, the pieces of crown molding varied greatly in color - some were very light, some were very gray. I would have appreciated more effort on the part of the packers to make sure the pieces were consistent in color. Efforts to reach customer service by e-mail and phone were unsuccessful.

GBKitchen backsplash I recently purchased tiles from Mosaic tile direct. Prices are great and service was excellent. Kash helped me at Mosaic tile and was very helpful. Promised me I would receive within 5-8 business days and I did. Amir who delivered them from their NJ warehouse was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend using Mosaic tile.

GBBuyer be aware.... Very dissappointed with the service, I ordered the tile three weeks ago and still don't have it. First I was told it shipped thhe same week and I should have it in 4days, after 4days and no tracking #I called back, its on back order. How can u advertise and sell something on the site as "In Stock" if it isn't? Everytime I call to check on the order, I get the same guy with the same lie " Ill call the warehouse and call u back" but NO CALL BACK
