The worst customer service ever The worst customer service ever! They put your account on hold when they can’t deliver your water. They change dates without telling you! Just canceled my account to have a peaceful life just not dealing with this company anymore!

It's a scam! Water Cooler arrived, however there should have been 2 x 10 ltr bottles of water included. There were none. I've been trying to contact them. Their emails get bounced back. There appears to be a mobile voicemail service on their official 0800 line. I've sent 3 messages via their support contact page and had no response at all. So basically it looks like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I loved the initial service glass… I loved the initial service glass bottles great taste. Issue is when my second order was to arrive they canceled the order changed delivery date without notice. I was then told they would deliver on Monday. Monday came and was told it would be Friday. So I called and asked what's going on blah blah blah and was now told it will arrive Tuesday. In the mean time I bought a replacement PLASTIC bottle from Walmart different taste etc....I hope they get the rebate together or I'll have to find a new vendor.

No parts available...ever! I have two (out of warranty) bottom loaders that started overflowing; I discussed the problem with a CSR and was informed that she was not familiar with my problem, but did send a couple of emails one of which directed me to a Primo video which was specific to my problem; the video specified if this inspection failed to locate a problem then further communications with Primo will be required. I made a subsequent call and was informed that apart from replacing parts of the infrastructure, e.g., door etc. that I would have to purchase another unit as they did not source or have an out-source avenue for replacement parts. I am incredulous that a (perhaps?) low dollar item will prompt me to discard these two units. This is the epitome of a most myopic company!
