GBThere were little red bugs swimming in… There were little red bugs swimming in the bottle of water that was delivered. We drank some of the water before we noticed them! Also, little black things that looked like iron shavings or could've been the dead bodies of the red things was in the water. Had to argue to get the water taken off our bill. We canceled the service. AND the delivery before this one included a bottle with a crack in it. And a few months before that we got a bottle of water that smelled like mold. I definitely would think twice before using this service.

GBTerrible customer service So. Frustrated. Terrible customer service. Went to collections (unknown to me… I lowered my deliveries to “0” because I had an excess of water due to being delivered 7 bottles two deliveries in a row... ) Long story short… I’m paid up… I paid as soon ans it came to my anttention and they said my account won’t be unlocked for 10 days!!!!!!! Completely insane. Ya’ll realize water is a NECESSITY, right? No. Wait 10 days. Cool. There is zero rational reason why it should take 10 days to unlock an acct that has been paid up. Bet they won’t knock anything off my cooler rental for these 10 days.

GBIt's a scam! Water Cooler arrived, however there should have been 2 x 10 ltr bottles of water included. There were none. I've been trying to contact them. Their emails get bounced back. There appears to be a mobile voicemail service on their official 0800 line. I've sent 3 messages via their support contact page and had no response at all. So basically it looks like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

On and on and on. They wont let you speak to someone above them to get it handled in a satisfactory manner. I am just seeing at this point they arent sending my refund and want me to give up. I am not the first customer this has happened to.

GBprimo water is the worst company to buy… primo water is the worst company to buy water from they tell one price once you start they suddenly change prices ...I have been tell primo to come pick their equipment from my shop for months and they won't awful service ....worst I had in the last decade
