Poor quality Poor quality - customer service offered very little to help. Basically they would replace broken parts but not willing to offer any kind of compensation or incentive for all the trouble. I am Concerned other things will break. Wiring harness was defective out of the box and the snaps on webbing popped off webbing already. Poor craftsmanship considering high purchase price.

Purchased after Christmas season Purchased after Christmas season. Will not be opening until next fall. Yet keep getting asked to evaluate product. Shipping was not prompt. Tracking not accurate. Other than that, I do not know what to expect. Rolling the dice hoping it was a good purchase.

We received our order in a timely manner, but when I was trying to get an information on a flagpole or return there was no response via phone or email. I called to find out about a flagpole or return … someone took a message, but there was no response. I am a previous customer and was hoping for better customer care. Sincerely, Jo F.

Best Christmas decoration we own! Website was easy to navigate & order. Product arrived quickly. We were replacing an older flagpole tree. Love the new design!! Much easier to put up. We like that a single strand of lights is contained between only two straps - for earlier versions a strand of lights was attached to multiple straps - there was much greater potential to tangle - excellent design improvement! Love the multicolor light option too - tree is beautiful! Receiving lots of compliments from the neighbors.

I am very happy with the service I am very happy with the service I received dealing with a broken wire. I requested some suggestions as to how I could repair the wire. I received some instructions to test the wire first. After I replied that that did not solve the problem I was given instructions on how to receive a replacement panel, free of charge. I could not expect any better service.
