Great service over the phone Great service over the phone. I had two vertically cracked clay tiles in my chimney and wanted a quick and long last way to fix them. Talked with a great sales rep that knew his stuff and even called back on a saturday after I left a message with a measurement I initially forgot to take. Package came quickly, 2-3 business days with all the fittings that were recommended. Install seemed to go great with no issues from the installer. Overall a great experience and I would recommend to any looking for a stainless steel chimney linear! Jeff

Portland experience It was an uneventful experience! Following the measuring directions e ordering was user friendly. The chimney cap fit’s precisely as outlined in the directions. Assembly is simple, anchor bolts and masonry drill bit was provided along with construction adhesive. Not necessary to run to the hardware for parts and/or tools!

Everything was great Everything was great, I received my cap on time, and once the weather cooperated I was able to install it. It fit perfectly. The only issue I had was that they got my name wrong on the order. They mixed up my email address with my name. I got it straightened out before the delivery.

Shipping was very quick via FEDEX (love FEDEX vs UPS - who always seems to unnecessarily delay delivery by several days) and quality of the pieces seems excellent.
