I really appreciated getting phone calls to keep me up to date on my expected delivery and timing. The team that delivered and set up my new futon were very courteous and helpful. Clearance frame with a surprise I got a clearance model queen futon frame with the cotton and wool mattress. I love love sleeping in it and it’s comfortable for sitting. Switching between bed and couch is a bit difficult but if you’re strong that’s no issue if done right. The issues I had were the directions. They need to be rewritten because it was so confusing. We had to pull up the instructions from another futon to figure it out. Other than that I’m blown away.
