The chairs I ordered were unfortunately discontinued. BUT were located especially for me I felt so special 👍🏽❤️🙏🏽. They were delivered on time like promised without a problem. GBHigh quality all the way. Great information, great product, great delivery. I visited the Manhattan Futonland location prior to ordering online and the staff were friendly and knowledgable, helped me figure out exactly what I needed and showed me how the system worked. I chose white glove delivery because it was so cost effective ($99 to not drive to Newark, not load my own stuff, not move it up two flights and not set it up? I'm in). The crew showed up when they said they would, set everything up well, showed me how to use the equipment and left the space clean. I have a 28" door to my office and have had lots of trouble finding a comfortable, durable couch that would fit through the door. I also wanted something that we could eventually use as a comfortable guest bed. I went with the Futonland package over alternatives for a bunch of reasons: the hardwood frames looked more durable than more modern modular alternatives, there were lots of options for mattress and cover and the full price with shipping was actually lower than the alternatives.

GBNot good Not good, the delivery folks didn’t deliver my bed until the following Monday and I had to pay an extra $171.00. The delivery people never left a card indicating that they came to my home. Patrick, the salesman was rude and unprofessional. The delivery person chipped off a piece of wood on my bed. I will never ever order anything else from Futonland or advise my family or friends to purchase anything from them.
