Great customer service I brought a sofa futon and it is the best choice I made. It is firm and comfy. The sale rep I forgot his name. The older gentleman was very polite and helpful. He is knowledgeable about his inventory and help us compare futons and mattresses. When I needed time to think he gave me n my partner time to think it over. He didn't try to push a product on us. We felt very comfortable with our choice.

Bed Frame Delivery The Company was good about confirming the order and contacting me about delivery with one exception - I wasn't called 30 minutes before the truck arrived. The driver did call on arrival and was very courteous and quick. I purchased a Night and Day spices bed frame, and it is very good. The product assembly was more complicated than I anticipated and took me and a neighbor about 3-4 hours to get done, but that wasn't under Futonland's control. Just a heads up for folks
