GBNo pressure or stalking :) It's important for salespeople to be able to "read the room". I know there are internal procedures but timing is most important and when the time is right to approach buyers...that's when you initiate procedures. Checking out is cumbersome...might consider streamlining this process.

GBWe never felt rushed We never felt rushed, although we knew the goal for each sales associate is to sell. All questions were answered, and we weren't pushed into purchasing more.

GBGreat customer service Edna my sales person was so nice I have been shopping for a couch and every other place I went to had subpar customer service. I went in knowing what I wanted she didn’t hassle me or upsell anything I didn’t need. Maria was also very kind and sweet she was very personable.

GBGeorge our sales was great. George our sales representative was very nice and understanding. He listened to what we needed originally. He introduced us to Steve the manager who also worked well well with us. We went in to the store to buy a kitchen set. We left with buying that kitchen set, and also buying a recliner and 2 couches. It was a pleasure shopping there.
