Easy install I only wanted an on/off remote and was able to get one for around $100. Local fireplace store wanted $225. Personable and knowledgeable sales people with easy peasy install. Would definitely recommend.

Knowledgeable Customer Service The customer service was wonderful. She was able to help me determine why the remote I had would not work with my fireplace and helped me determine exactly the one I would need. My replacement arrived on time and worked exactly as described. I wish I would have called Fireplace Remote Controls at the beginning and saved myself some time.

Fireplace Remote Found the fireplace remote to replace one from 2006 that’s not working correctly. Almost ordered the wrong one but the information on the online site steered me to the correct remote.
