I was able to purchase directly through Spotix the second time and they made it easy to return the previous one. They even gave me a discount and did not charge me return freight shipping fees. GBInstalled fireplace logs and all is… Installed fireplace logs and all is working better than anticipated. Room heats from 60 degrees to 70 after just 10 minutes. Sales was very helpful in finding the correct replacement that I needed. I recommend Spotix and will purchase again in the future.

HKI mistakenly ordered a Viking storage… I mistakenly ordered a Viking storage drawer that I thought was a warming drawer. All telephone mailboxes were full and no one picked up on a Saturday. It was delivered on a pallet and the shipping box had been opened prior to delivery. I am waiting to see if my email gets a reply.
