GBWe couldn’t be happier with our… We couldn’t be happier with our Washington flame x fire table. It is a perfect size for entertaining and to have drinks and snacks on the outside edge. We did however not receive the proper parts to install a propane tank underneath. When I reached out to Spotix and explain the situation they were amazing! Our parts were delivered next day air just in time for grandma’s 80th birthday party on the deck. The absolute best customer service. You won’t be disappointed.

GBInstalled fireplace logs and all is… Installed fireplace logs and all is working better than anticipated. Room heats from 60 degrees to 70 after just 10 minutes. Sales was very helpful in finding the correct replacement that I needed. I recommend Spotix and will purchase again in the future.

GBI have used HPC gas fired inserts for… I have used HPC gas fired inserts for years. Typically higher end builds. The customer service and knowledge of the components has been a great experience everytime. I know I can call and get down to the details and nobody get lost in translation. The shipping is fast. Support is great. Makes me look good and keeps downtime minimal for such places as resorts...which expect quick service from me. Thanks.
