I had ordered a part for my propane… I had ordered a part for my propane fireplace earlier. I wanted to get it in time for my son-in-law to install it while he was visiting. It turns out it’s defective. The company was wonderful when we contacted them. They immediately told me they would send an email with a return shipping label. I’ll be reimbursed when they receive it. The representative was also helpful when we told them I thought I had ordered a remote with an auto feature and I need it in my new part. The new part is on its way and I will be shipping the old one shortly. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful.

Fantastic customer service Fantastic customer service! I ordered a match light fire pit burner kit and when it all arrived some parts were missing due to the fact FedEx ripped a gigantic hole in the package which allowed some of the parts to escape. After contacting customer service they replaced the missing parts at no charge and had them sent out next day. Very impressed.
