Chaz took time to bring my delivery into my home for me and was courteous and professional. In this day and age great customer service needs acknowledged and Andrew provided great customer service! GBGreat Service I've worked with Lumberjack Direct on 10 homes so far ordering the Paradigm material and I have plans to order it on about 5-11 homes next year. Payment is easy, direct deposite. I've never had quality control issues. Shipping is sometimes a bit difficult due to some of the shipping providers not being able to get the cartons off their trucks due to their length but we have a forklift for our jobs. Our homes value between 1.1 and 2.5 million that we're using their product on.
