I give her 5 stars! We had a broken roller and the replacement process was long. The Rep handling the replacement was courteous and helpful. It was just inconvenient to go through the process - the item could have been replaced immediately.

I got to Roman shades for two small window in a half white and they are very nice, looks better than what I was expecting for the price.
