I give her 5 stars! We had a broken roller and the replacement process was long. The Rep handling the replacement was courteous and helpful. It was just inconvenient to go through the process - the item could have been replaced immediately.

We had a great experience working with a CityShade designer who was invaluable in helping us navigate the site options and make the best plan to decorate our home! The ordering process was super streamlined/simple, products are priced for value and the valence we purchased is a great product! One thing we did that turned out to be a great decision was to order free samples of the different fabrics were considering - holding/seeing the fabric is different from looking at an online image! Unfortunately, after we had put in and paid for our order, we found out the fabric we chose had been discontinued. We ended up subbing out a new fabric WITHOUT a swatch and although we're happy with the end product, the fabric on the wall is different enough from the photo online that it's just not what we planned on. Doesn't mean we're not happy, but it was enough of a surprise to mention.
