GBFantastic experience with Raymour and Flanagan on Staten Island.… My recent experience with Raymour and Flanagan was great. I had an issue with a mattress that I had purchased two years ago. I called the customer service team and explained the problem. The representative immediately set up an appointment with a service technician to come to my home. They came the very next day, inspected the mattress and forwarded their report to the store. The service technician told me that I should hear from customer service within 24 to 48 hours. I received a call back that same afternoon informing me that I was approved for a full replacement of my mattress. I made an appointment with a manager and selected a new mattress. The manager was very helpful in helping me with the many available selections. He helped me to look up reviews and find one at the price range I was looking for. The whole experience was wonderful.

GBFrom the time we walked in we felt… From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. Our sales lady Marilyn Davies was the best! She gave us our space which was very important to us so we didn’t feel under pressure or pushed. She was there exactly when we needed her and went above and beyond to give us the best experience. I will always request her with our future purchases. This was at the Whitehall,Pa location.

GBAlways a great experience I shop at Raymour and Flanigan alot due to their superior service From the Philadelphia location on Columbus Blvd to now the Newark location. My whole house is furnished from Raymour. Sales Rep Daniel helped me out, he was very professional, attentive and provided superior customer service. I also like how well organized using the parts and labor plan is.

GBBrought there warranty Brought there warranty, had issues rarely fixed . Big issue they came in to replace a cracked leg, and said had to order it. We kinda forgot about it until we had another issue and called in to was told our warranty just expired and they won't even replace the broken leg they supposedly oredered under the warranty period. Nothing but crooks. Save you money the discount furniture stores furniture is up to 50% cheeper and if you have an issue just out of warranty as we did with the much more expensive Raymore and Flanagan you at least paid half the price.

GBExcited for our new furniture Our visit to Raymour & Flanigan ended in a purchase of a beautiful sectional and recliner. Our concerns and questions were answered and Frank, our salesman, was extremely helpful. Also the individual that handled our checkout was pleasant and friendly.\
