GBMerchandise not at store on pickup day I ordered a low profile twin box spring. I received an email saying it was ready for pickup. When I arrived to pick it up, it wasn’t in stock. Customer service went above and beyond trying to locate one, even though it was unsuccessful. I chose to pay a little more for the product because I was hoping to get it promptly. I could have paid less somewhere else and got the same results. 5 stars for customer service. 3 stars for not receiving merchandise on time.

GBErica Sowers went above and beyond… Erica Sowers went above and beyond helping us pick out all of our furniture to our area rugs, etc. She was super friendly and extremely helpful. She made it an easy and pleasant experience.

GBPlaced an online order but was unable… Placed an online order but was unable to change the shipping address if Paypal was used. Called customer service and the representative was able to change the shipping address. Great and quick service.
