My sofa came from the warehouse with… My sofa came from the warehouse with the cushions not completely filled. The bottom cushions are like a rock and material is wavy. I had a tech come out to see the sofa and days later I had to contact Customer Service. Spoke with the Customer Service Manager and she said she will look into the issue and I'm still waiting to there from her. I've been to the Showroom 3 weekends in a row with not resolution as of today. I will never buy at Raymour & Flanigan again or give them a good recommendation. 100% DISATISFIED!

Brought there warranty Brought there warranty, had issues rarely fixed . Big issue they came in to replace a cracked leg, and said had to order it. We kinda forgot about it until we had another issue and called in to was told our warranty just expired and they won't even replace the broken leg they supposedly oredered under the warranty period. Nothing but crooks. Save you money the discount furniture stores furniture is up to 50% cheeper and if you have an issue just out of warranty as we did with the much more expensive Raymore and Flanagan you at least paid half the price.

Chris Buddock- first rate customer service From helping us buy a bed and bed system, buying and exchanging mattresses, and then a house call to fit the mattress to our bed, Chris is excellent customer service personified. He repeatedly said “ I just want you to be happy with your purchase. “. We bought high end stuff from a first rate guy.

From the time we walked in we felt… From the time we walked in we felt welcomed and not overwhelmed. Our sales lady Marilyn Davies was the best! She gave us our space which was very important to us so we didn’t feel under pressure or pushed. She was there exactly when we needed her and went above and beyond to give us the best experience. I will always request her with our future purchases. This was at the Whitehall,Pa location.
